As a dedicated real estate agent, I am qualified to guide you in buying or selling a home. I am a graduate of Wake Forest University with a degree in Business. I will use my skills in finance, contracts, negotiation and marketing to your best advantage.

Buying or selling a home is one of the most important transactions in the lives of many people. It is also a collaboration between agent and client. Because of that, it is important that you work with someone you trust and feel is a market expert with integrity.

I offer local expertise in a home market tailored to meet your needs.  I will do the leg work, keeping you up-to-date with new listings and conditions as they impact the market. I will make the process as pleasurable and stress-free an experience for you as possible.

As first an employee and then the owner of a service corporation (a pet sitting service, ) I learned the importance of great customer service. Clients trusted me with everything they owned and loved, a huge responsibility. Many of those pet sitting clients have become real estate clients, based on the relationship that we formed over the years. One skill that I developed in my 20 years of pet sitting is problem solving. The best way to solve a problem is to anticipate and prevent it from ever becoming a problem.  I find that skill to be extremely useful in real estate as I advocate for and endeavor to protect my clients.
